Gitgide az\u0131tan, \u00fclkeleri sarsan, toplumlar\u0131 yozla\u015ft\u0131ran, yi\u011fitleri y\u0131kan illet soyumuzun \u00f6z yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kanser benzeri kemirmekte, sa\u011ft\u00f6re akt\u00f6re erdemlerini tepeden t\u0131rna\u011fa \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fctmekte. Tarihin her d\u00f6neminde tiksinti olu\u015fturan, de\u011fdi\u011fi yeri yakan soysuzluk, kafalar\u0131 buland\u0131ran h\u0131zla yay\u0131l\u0131yor. Keskin ora\u011f\u0131yla niceleri bi\u00e7iyor ve toplumun sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 berbatla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Vergi ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla devlet b\u00fct\u00e7elerini \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek gelir kaynaklar\u0131ndan b\u00fcsb\u00fct\u00fcn yoksun b\u0131rak\u0131yor. Evren \u00e7ap\u0131nda kad\u0131n erkek bir s\u00fcr\u00fc dolap d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcyor, h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerden \u015firketlere bireylere spora din ku\u015faklar\u0131na s\u0131\u00e7r\u0131yor, her k\u00f6\u015fede bunal\u0131m ard\u0131na bunal\u0131m olu\u015fturuyor: <em>\u201cY\u00f6neticileri asilerle h\u0131rs\u0131zlar\u0131n i\u015fbirlik\u00e7isi. Hepsi r\u00fc\u015fveti seviyor; arma\u011fan ard\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f.. \u00d6ks\u00fcz\u00fcn hakk\u0131n\u0131 vermiyorlar, dul kad\u0131n\u0131n davas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rm\u00fcyorlar\u201d (Ye\u015faya 1:23).<\/em> Bu genel su\u00e7lama gazetelerde g\u00fcncel bunal\u0131ma ili\u015fkin yaz\u0131labilir. Ama g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczden iki bin yedi y\u00fcz y\u0131l \u00f6ncesini anlat\u0131yor Peygamber. Bu arada say\u0131s\u0131z insan\u0131n su\u00e7lulu\u011funu sergiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Adalet ilkesinin kurucusu Tanr\u0131\u2019n\u0131n zaman\u0131 \u00e7a\u011flar\u0131 a\u015fan etik ve sa\u011fl\u0131k kurallar\u0131 her yanda d\u0131\u015flan\u0131yor, yasa ard\u0131na yasa s\u00fcrekli zorlan\u0131yor, normlar \u00e7i\u011fneniyor. Kime ne! Tufandan \u00f6nceki k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckler zinciri Tanr\u0131\u2019y\u0131 derin \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc. Yine de her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn insan y\u00fcre\u011finin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc art\u0131yor, bu se\u00e7kin yarat\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnah mengene-sinde k\u0131vr\u0131m k\u0131vr\u0131m k\u0131vrand\u0131r\u0131yordu <em>(bkz. Yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f 6:5,12).<\/em> Etik yasalar\u0131na sayg\u0131 duyan, mert\u00e7e davran\u0131\u015fla onlar\u0131 savunan Ye\u015faya s\u0131ras\u0131ndan peygamberler \u00e7a\u011flar \u00f6ncesi yay\u0131nlad\u0131klar\u0131 mesajla halen ba\u011f\u0131r\u0131yor: <em>\u201cDo\u011fruluk yapmay\u0131 bilmiyorlar. Saraylar\u0131nda zorbal\u0131k ve soygunculuk y\u0131\u011f\u0131n y\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u201d (Amos 3:10).<\/em> G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde daha da yo\u011funla\u015fan d\u00fczensizlik akl\u0131n ucuna gelemeyen zay\u0131f bireyleri karanl\u0131k dehlizlerde yutuyor. D\u00fcne kadar d\u00fczg\u00fcn ya\u015fama sayg\u0131s\u0131 olan niceler ayart\u0131ya direnemeyerek dalavereyi kitaba uydurabilirim diyor, yelkenleri suya indiriveriyor. B\u00f6ylece yolsuzluk canavar\u0131 pek \u00e7ok ki\u015fiyi yutuveriyor. Yine Amos\u2019a kulak verelim: <em>\u201cSizler, hakk\u0131 ac\u0131 pelinotuna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrenler, do\u011frulu\u011fu yerden yere vuranlar\u2026 Hakk\u0131 zehir, do\u011fruluk \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc pelinotu k\u0131lanlar!\u201d (5:17; 6:12).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hellen mitolojisinde <em>Hydra<\/em> ad\u0131yla tan\u0131nan \u00e7ok ba\u015fl\u0131 vah\u015fi bir yarat\u0131ktan s\u00f6z edilir. Herkese deh\u015fet sa\u00e7an ba\u015flardan biri ezilince ikisi t\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Amans\u0131z sald\u0131rgan en sonunda Herk\u00fcl\u2019\u00fcn g\u00fcc\u00fcne yenik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor, Herk\u00fcl g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kuvvetli eylemlerine bir yenisini ekliyor. \u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda yolsuzluk kurdunun zehirli ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kim ezer? Soruyu ba\u015fka bir soruyla kar\u015f\u0131lamak gerekir: Bu zehir nereden kaynaklan\u0131yor?<\/p>\n<p>Varl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yolsuzluk tutars\u0131zl\u0131k olmayan kutsal Tanr\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6ncesiz-sonsuz S\u00f6z\u00fc soruna bol \u0131\u015f\u0131k sa\u00e7\u0131yor: <em>\u201c\u2026Tanr\u0131 insan\u0131 dosdo\u011fru yaratt\u0131; ama insan \u00f6n\u00fc al\u0131nmayan hile hurda yollar\u0131 arad\u0131\u201d (Vaiz 7:29). \u201cY\u00fcrek a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 g\u00fcnahl\u0131d\u0131r, u\u00e7tan uca d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr\u201d (Yeremya 17:9). <\/em>\u0130nsan y\u00fcre\u011findeki yayg\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fck bang\u0131r bang\u0131r ba\u011f\u0131rmakta. Ama bu karga\u015fan\u0131n, her yan\u0131 kas\u0131p kavuran d\u00fczensizlikler zincirinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc var:<em> \u201c\u00d6yle ki, hepimiz imanda birli\u011fe ve Tanr\u0131 O\u011flu\u2019nu bilme a\u015famas\u0131na eri\u015felim, yetkin insanlar olal\u0131m, Mesih b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn olgunlu\u011funa ula\u015fal\u0131m\u2026 aldan\u0131\u015f tutkular\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131 s\u0131ra ko\u015ftuktan sonra \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fle noktalanan, ge\u00e7mi\u015f ya\u015fant\u0131 zinciriyle ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6nceki insan\u0131 at\u0131n \u00fczerinizden. Bunun yerine, kavram\u0131n\u0131z ruhsal y\u00f6ntemle yenili\u011fe kavu\u015fsun\u201d (Efesoslular 4:13,22,23).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bu somut \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da belirtildi\u011fi gibi g\u00fcnah mayas\u0131yla yo\u011frulu \u00f6nceki insan\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p at\u0131lmas\u0131 zorunlu.. Bu, bireyin u\u011fra\u015f\u0131 ve \u00e7abas\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015femiyor. Din uygulamalar\u0131yla, inan\u00e7 gelenekleriyle harman edilemiyor. Yolsuzluk labirentinde bocalayan nicelerin dini t\u00f6resi yerinde. Ne etmeli ki bunlar gerekli DUR sinyalini veremiyor, ki\u015fi hem yolsuzlu\u011funu hem de dinsel vecibelerini el ele bir arada s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor! Sorun dinin eri\u015femedi\u011fi derinlerdedir. \u0130\u00e7erdeki zehirli ba\u015f\u0131n ezilmesi gerekir. \u0130nsan\u0131 seven Tanr\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn \u00e7\u00f6reklendi\u011fi i\u00e7 d\u00fcnyay\u0131 yeniden yarat\u0131p, kutsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n tahta kuruldu\u011fu do\u011fruluk \u00fcr\u00fcnleri b\u00fcy\u00fcten yeni insan\u0131 olu\u015fturabilendir.<\/p>\n<p>Ademo\u011flu i\u00e7teki \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hi\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeden g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc d\u0131\u015ftan bi\u00e7imlendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Bitirim manav\u0131n i\u00e7ten \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fck elmalar\u0131 elindeki bezle parlatmas\u0131 gibi. Kand\u0131r\u0131lan m\u00fc\u015fteri eve gidince i\u015fin i\u00e7y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc kavrar. Ne var ki, hi\u00e7 kimse Tanr\u0131\u2019y\u0131 kand\u0131ramaz. \u015e\u00f6yle der Kutsal S\u00f6z: <em>\u201cRAB insan\u0131n g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi g\u00f6rmez; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan y\u00fcze bakar, ama RAB y\u00fcre\u011fe..\u201d (I.Samuel 16:7).<\/em> Bu ger\u00e7e\u011fi \u00e7ok iyi bilen Davut peygamber \u00e7irkin bir yolsuzlukta yakalan\u0131nca i\u00e7i burkuldu ve i\u00e7tenlikle Tanr\u0131\u2019ya yakard\u0131: <em>\u201cBende pak y\u00fcrek yarat ya Tanr\u0131! Varl\u0131\u011f\u0131mda do\u011fruluk olu\u015ftur\u201d (Mezmur 51:10).<\/em> Eski insan\u0131 hep d\u00fcrten \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fckl\u00fckler zinciri neye tan\u0131kl\u0131k eder? Yat\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamayan tamah, mal-para h\u0131rs\u0131, madde tap\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, karanl\u0131k i\u015fleri yalan dolanla cilalama, hakk\u0131 adaleti \u00e7i\u011fneme, do\u011fruyla yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131 salata etme, vb.<\/p>\n<p>Tanr\u0131 insanl\u0131\u011fa Mesih\u2019in getirece\u011fi Alt\u0131n \u00c7a\u011f\u0131 vaat ediyor. \u0130nanl\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n umutla g\u00fc-venle g\u00f6zledi\u011fi parlakl\u0131k ileride.. Yolsuzlu\u011fu yok etmeyi ama\u00e7layan insan yasala-r\u0131yla de\u011fil, Mesih\u2019in her haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ezen ve bast\u0131ran egemen g\u00fcc\u00fcyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek adalet-do\u011fruluk \u00e7a\u011f\u0131.. Bunu \u00f6zleyen\u00a0 sorunu s\u00fcr\u00fcncemede b\u0131rakmadan O\u2019na iman eder, her t\u00fcr yolsuzlu\u011fa rest \u00e7eker, <em>\u201cYa Rab \u0130sa, tez gel!\u201d<\/em> duas\u0131yla O\u2019nu bekler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00dcR\u00dcSTL\u00dcK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cK\u00f6t\u00fc insan el alt\u0131ndan r\u00fc\u015fvet kabul eder; B\u00f6ylelikle adaletin i\u015flerli\u011fini k\u00f6stekler\u201d<\/em> diyor sultan-peygamber <em>(S\u00fcleyman\u2019\u0131n \u00d6zdeyi\u015fleri 17:23).<\/em> Bu ortamda hem o, hem de onun toplumu karga\u015fal\u0131kta bocalar, \u00e7\u0131kmaza sapm\u0131\u015f yolda y\u00f6n arar. Peygamber \u015fa\u015fmayan ger\u00e7e\u011fi yeniden vurgular: <em>\u201cKas\u0131rga gelip ge\u00e7ince k\u00f6t\u00fc ki\u015fi yok olur; \u00d6te yandan do\u011fru ki\u015fi sonsuzu kapsayan temeldir\u2026 Do\u011frunun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri hakka dayan\u0131r\u2026 RAB k\u00f6t\u00fclerden \u0131rakt\u0131r; \u00d6te yandan do\u011frular\u0131n duas\u0131n\u0131 yan\u0131tlar\u201d (S\u00fc-leyman\u2019\u0131n \u00d6zdeyi\u015fleri 10:25; 12:5a; 15:29).<\/em> Yolsuzlukta a\u011f\u0131nan\u0131n duas\u0131 i\u015fitilmez.<\/p>\n<p>Zakkay Yahudi inanc\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 bir g\u00fcmr\u00fck memuruydu; boyu k\u0131sayd\u0131. Bu arada Roma g\u00fc\u00e7leriyle i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapmaktayken her yandan para s\u0131zd\u0131r\u0131yor, g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00fcn ediyordu. Herkes onun ne mal oldu\u011funu biliyordu. Zakkay\u2019\u0131n kendisine \u00f6zg\u00fc mazeretleri vard\u0131 elbette. Yolsuzluk a\u011f\u0131na yakalanan nicelerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi: \u201c\u015eu kurdu\u011fum yeni evi hele bir bitireyim! Ne edeyim? Maa\u015f\u0131m yetmiyor; ge\u00e7inemiyorum! Herkesin i\u015fini ilerletmek, topluma fena bir katk\u0131 de\u011fil! E\u011friyi ben mi d\u00fczelteyim?\u201d Bu s\u0131radan daha bir s\u00fcr\u00fc \u00f6z\u00fcr ge\u00e7er ak\u00e7ad\u0131r; nicelere konfor yast\u0131\u011f\u0131.. Ama ku\u015fkumuz olmas\u0131n; vicdan rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Zakkay\u2019\u0131 kurt gibi kemiriyor, i\u00e7inde a\u011f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 yolsuzluktan bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f olana\u011f\u0131 arat\u0131yordu ona.<\/p>\n<p>Bu adam \u0130sa Mesih\u2019e ili\u015fkin \u00e7ok g\u00fczel s\u00f6zler duymu\u015ftu; ama O\u2019nu hi\u00e7 g\u00f6rmemi\u015fti. Kendisiyle bir kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fabilse ne iyi olurdu! Pek \u00e7ok ki\u015fiyi ac\u0131yan, kurtaran Mesih herhalde ona da yard\u0131m edebilir, ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczene sokabilirdi. Zakkay derininde bu t\u00fcr \u00f6zlemlerle bo\u011fu\u015fuyordu.. \u00d6nemli bir ticaret merkezi olan Yeriha kentindendi o. G\u00fcnlerden bir g\u00fcn \u0130sa buray\u0131 ziyaret etti; \u00e7evre halk\u0131 O\u2019nun ge\u00e7ece\u011fi caddenin iki yan\u0131nda birikti. Zakkay\u2019\u0131n da bundan bilgisi oldu. Toplulu\u011fun aras\u0131nda \u0130sa\u2019y\u0131 g\u00f6rebilmek olanaks\u0131zd\u0131; k\u0131sa boylu adam\u0131n i\u00e7ine \u00e7ok ak\u0131ll\u0131 bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yolu do\u011fdu. Hemen \u00f6ne se\u011firtti, yol \u00fcst\u00fcnde bir incir a\u011fac\u0131na t\u0131rmand\u0131. Ne g\u00fczel! En uygun yeri bulmu\u015ftu. T\u00fcm ilgisi \u0130sa\u2019ya bir g\u00f6z atmakt\u0131. Olabilir ki, salt O\u2019nu g\u00f6rebilmek \u00e7alkant\u0131l\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131na melhem s\u00fcrebilirdi. \u0130sa yava\u015f yava\u015f ilerlerken halk \u00e7evresine \u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor, O\u2019ndan yard\u0131m diliyordu. \u0130\u015fte \u0130sa incir a\u011fac\u0131n\u0131n tam \u00f6n\u00fcnde durdu. Dikkatli davranarak yere indi, kendisini \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ran \u0130sa\u2019ya co\u015fkuyla yakla\u015ft\u0131. \u0130sa topluluktan ayr\u0131ld\u0131, Zakkay\u2019la birlikte onun evine do\u011fru y\u00fcr\u00fcmeye koyuldu. Bir\u00e7ok bak\u0131mdan su\u00e7u bol Zakkay can\u0131n\u0131n kurtar\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcnde g\u00fcnahlar\u0131n\u0131 ikrar etti, ar\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131, yolsuzluklar\u0131 i\u00e7inden gitti, yepyeni ya\u015fam\u0131n yolcusu oldu. Zakkay\u2019\u0131n derininde Kutsal Ruh arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla b\u00fct\u00fcnlenen g\u00f6ksel eylem hemen etkisini g\u00f6sterdi. Mesih\u2019in sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u015fsiz kurtulu\u015fu \u00f6ylesi i\u00e7tenlikle de\u011ferlendirdi ki, Kutsal Ruh onun i\u00e7inde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm karar\u0131 olu\u015fturdu. O kurnaz ve gururlu insan herkesin \u00f6n\u00fcnde ikrara koyuldu, haks\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczene sokma do\u011frultusunda erdemli ad\u0131m\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131k bildirdi: <em>\u201cYa Rab, i\u015fte varl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yoksullara veriyorum.
