Sofradaki b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn s\u00f6yledikleri can kula\u011f\u0131 ile dinlenir,onun izni olmadan konu\u015fulmaz s\u00f6ze girilmez, gruplar halinde veya iki ki\u015fi aras\u0131nda konu\u015fma yap\u0131lmaz, toplant\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan sonuna kadar toplant\u0131ya vesile olan sevin\u00e7li olay payla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r, iyi dileklerde temennilerde bulunulur asla tart\u0131\u015fma ve s\u00fcrt\u00fc\u015fmelere m\u00fcsaade edilmez. Eski bir Adige s\u00f6z\u00fc\u00a0 \u201ciyi\u00a0 temenniler ile toplan\u0131p, a\u011f\u0131tlarla da\u011f\u0131lmay\u0131n\u201d der.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceden dolay\u0131 da Adige sofras\u0131nda uyulacak kurallar \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k ve \u00e7ok kat\u0131d\u0131r. Herkeste bu kurallara harfiyen uymak zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kurulmu\u015f olan o sofran\u0131n t\u00f6reye uygun s\u00fcrmesinden ve toplulu\u011fun sorunsuz da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131ndan o sofran\u0131n thamadesi sorumludur.<\/p>\n<p>Her ya\u015fl\u0131 thamade olarak se\u00e7ilmez. Bir toplulu\u011fa thamade olacak ki\u015fide herkesin sayg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kazanm\u0131\u015f olmak, kurallar\u0131 ve t\u00f6reyi bilmek ve uygulamak, dikkatli zeki ve pratik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilmek, cemiyete hitap edebilmek ve s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc dinletebilmek, tam ve uygun kararlar alabilmek ya\u015fl\u0131 olman\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda aranan \u00f6zelliklerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Gen\u00e7 nesil \u00e7e\u015fitli vesilelerle tertip edilen bu t\u00fcr toplant\u0131l\u0131 yemeklere s\u0131k s\u0131k rast gelmektedirler.<\/p>\n<p>Buralara kat\u0131lacak gen\u00e7 nesil bu t\u00fcr toplant\u0131lar\u0131n kurallar\u0131n\u0131 ve uyulmas\u0131 gerekli prosed\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc bilmek durumundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle gen\u00e7lere bir bilgi olmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu konuda duyduklar\u0131m\u0131 bildiklerimi okuduklar\u0131m\u0131 ve ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131 yazaca\u011f\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle toplanan insanlar\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde sayg\u0131n, nispeten ya\u015f\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fck ve toplant\u0131ya vesile olan konu hakk\u0131nda bilgi sahibi bir ki\u015fi (bu ki\u015fi gelen misafirlerden de\u011fil o \u00e7evreden ve o cemiyetin i\u00e7inden birisi olacak) thamade olarak <b>jant|e<\/b>ye (ba\u015f k\u00f6\u015fe) oturur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jant|e, sofran\u0131n kuruldu\u011fu o odan\u0131n i\u00e7erisine gireni ve \u00e7\u0131kan\u0131 g\u00f6rebilece\u011fi t\u00fcm odaya hakim noktad\u0131r.<\/strong><span lang=\"TR\"> Thamadenin sa\u011f\u0131nda ve solunda kalan oturma yerleri, thamadeden sonra gelen b\u00fcy\u00fcklerin\u00a0 yeridir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gurupta misafirler varsa, bu misafirlerin ya\u015fl\u0131s\u0131 thamadenin soluna, yerli grubun ikinci ya\u015fl\u0131s\u0131 ise thamadenin sa\u011f\u0131na oturur. Di\u011fer sofraya oturacak olanlar misafir ve yerli kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k olarak ya\u015flar\u0131na uygun bi\u00e7imde otururlar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(\u0445\u044a\u0443\u044d\u0445\u044a\u0443) H\u201dueh\u201du sofras\u0131nda hizmet etmek, sofradakilerin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 ve istekleri ile ilgilenmek, yemeklerin i\u00e7eceklerin uygun zamanda sofraya getirilip g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclmesi i\u015flerini yapmak \u00fczere gen\u00e7 bir gurup (\u015fh\u2019e\u011fer\u0131t-\u0449\u0445\u044c\u044d\u0433\u044a\u044d\u0440\u044b\u0442) g\u00f6rev al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>(\u015eh\u2019e\u011fer\u0131t-\u0449\u0445\u044c\u044d\u0433\u044a\u044d\u0440\u044b\u0442) yerlilerden, aileye yak\u0131n gen\u00e7lerden se\u00e7ilir veya sofran\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re daha fazla gen\u00e7 g\u00f6rev al\u0131r.\u00a0 Fakat gen\u00e7 olsa da bu ki\u015finin g\u00fcler y\u00fczl\u00fc, sayg\u0131l\u0131, sofra kurallar\u0131n\u0131 bilen birisi olmas\u0131na dikkat edilir. Bu ki\u015filer gen\u00e7 olsalar da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir erkek sorumlulu\u011fu ve davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6stermek durumundad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sofray\u0131 thamade a\u00e7ar. Thamade bu a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131nda toplant\u0131ya neden olan konuya da de\u011finerek sofrada bulunanlara davete icabetleri nedeni ile te\u015fekk\u00fcr eder ve kadeh kald\u0131r\u0131r (\u0431\u0436\u044c\u044d-bj\u2019e).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thamade kadehini b\u0131rakt\u0131ktan sonra di\u011ferleri onun bu konu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kadeh kald\u0131rarak i\u00e7erler. <strong> Yeme\u011fe ilk uzanmas\u0131 gereken de thamadedir,di\u011ferleri bundan sonra yeme\u011fe ba\u015flayabilirler.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thamadeden hemen sonra misafir grubun thamadesi olarak oturan ki\u015fi kadeh kald\u0131rarak konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapar. Di\u011ferleri, yani ya\u015fl\u0131lardan isteyen veya gen\u00e7lerden konu\u015fmak isteyip izin verilen ki\u015filer s\u0131ras\u0131 ile konu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 yaparlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7kili toplant\u0131larda h\u201dueh\u201d s\u00f6ylenmeden kadeh kald\u0131r\u0131lmaz, <strong> bu esnada (yani \u0445\u044a\u0443\u044d\u0445\u044a\u0443-h\u201dueh\u201du s\u00f6ylenirken) ilk kadeh kald\u0131ran da kadehi ilk b\u0131rakan da sofran\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fcd\u00fcr gen\u00e7ler ondan sonra i\u00e7mekte serbest olurlar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gen\u00e7ler i\u00e7in yak\u0131\u015fan\u0131 her (\u0445\u044a\u0443\u044d\u0445\u044a\u0443- h\u201dueh\u201du) s\u00f6yleni\u015finde elindeki kadehten bir yudum alarak b\u0131rakmakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc i\u00e7kiyi alt etmi\u015f kimse yoktur.\u00a0 Bu nedenle a\u015f\u0131r\u0131ya ka\u00e7arak sofra adab\u0131na yak\u0131\u015fmayan bir davran\u0131\u015fta bulunmak cemiyete kar\u015f\u0131 sayg\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k oldu\u011fu gibi toplant\u0131n\u0131n amac\u0131na da g\u00f6lge d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr ki, bu da b\u00fcy\u00fck ay\u0131p olarak kabul edilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cEvinde kendini e\u011fit, sonra cemiyete gir\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fc bu tip naho\u015f durumlara sebebiyet verenler i\u00e7in s\u00f6ylenmi\u015f bir s\u00f6zd\u00fcr.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sofraya birisi ge\u00e7 kalm\u0131\u015fsa gelen ki\u015fi cemiyete kat\u0131lmak i\u00e7in izin ister buna <strong>gupmahuebj\u2019e <\/strong>denilir. Thamadenin veya b\u00fcy\u00fcklerin izni ile bu ki\u015fiye gupmahuebj\u2019e <strong> (\u0433\u0443\u043f\u043c\u0430\u0445\u0443\u044d\u0431\u0436\u044c\u044d-iyi dilek kadehi) <\/strong>verilir. Gelen ki\u015fi bunu i\u00e7erek hizmet eden gence tekrar doldurtup kendisine ikram edene geri verir.<\/p>\n<p>Bundan sonra ancak ge\u00e7 kalan ki\u015fi sofradakileri selamlar ve ya\u015f\u0131na mevkiine uygun bir yere oturtularak sofradakilere kat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu t\u00fcr toplant\u0131larda olmazsa olmaz kural sayg\u0131 ve sofra adab\u0131na uymakt\u0131r. Kendi ba\u015f\u0131na sofradan kalk\u0131p oturmak i\u00e7eri girip d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmak, y\u00fcksek sesle ba\u011f\u0131rarak konu\u015fmak, kendi aras\u0131nda f\u0131s\u0131lt\u0131 ile konu\u015fmak veya grupla\u015farak konu\u015fmak geleneklere ve kurallara ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ay\u0131pt\u0131r. Sofrada ne olup bitiyorsa her \u015fey thamadenin veya onun yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 olan ya\u015fl\u0131n\u0131n izni ile olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015fi bu t\u00fcr yerlerde temsil etti\u011fi aileyi i\u00e7erisinde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 cemiyeti utand\u0131rmamak i\u00e7in azami gayreti ve \u00f6zeni g\u00f6stermelidir. Sofrada iken sa\u011fa sola yaslanarak kayk\u0131l\u0131p yay\u0131larak oturmak ay\u0131pt\u0131r. O cemiyete ve temsil etti\u011fi aileye kar\u015f\u0131 sayg\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu t\u00fcr toplant\u0131lar\u0131 g\u00fczelle\u015ftiren en \u00f6nemli \u015fey Adige gelene\u011fine uygun edep dairesinde toplant\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcr\u00fcp gitmesi ve her \u015feyin olmas\u0131 gereken \u015fekilde gelene\u011fe uygun olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sofra gelene\u011finin iki \u00f6nemli aya\u011f\u0131 (\u0445\u044a\u0430\u0449|\u044d\u043d\u044b\u0448-h\u2019a\u015f\u2019en\u0131\u015f\u00a0 ve \u0449\u0445\u044c\u0430\u043d\u044b\u043a\u044a\u0443\u044d- \u015fh\u2019an\u0131k\u201due) misafire kesilen hayvan eti ve sofraya getirilen yar\u0131m ba\u015ft\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu iki adet ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na bir seremonidir Adige sofras\u0131nda. <strong> Ha\u015f\u2019en\u0131\u015f sofraya en son getirilir, bu gelmeden misafirler sofradan kalkmaz, grup da\u011f\u0131lmaz.<\/strong> \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc h\u2019a\u015f\u2019en\u0131\u015f ad\u0131ndan da anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere gelen misafirler, toplanan cemiyet i\u00e7in kesilmi\u015f hayvan\u0131n etidir ve bu \u015fekilde gelenler i\u00e7in hayvan kesilmesi o gruba ve gelen misafirlere de\u011fer verildi\u011finin g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Misafirler art\u0131k kalkmak i\u00e7in isteklerini g\u00f6stermeye ve yava\u015f yava\u015f gitmek i\u00e7in izin isteyip hareketlenmeye ba\u015flay\u0131nca h\u2019a\u015f\u2019en\u0131\u015f thamadenin talebi ile sofraya getirilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bundan ayr\u0131 olarak thamadeye sayg\u0131n\u0131n bir g\u00f6stergesi olarak da kesilen hayvan\u0131n sa\u011f yar\u0131m ba\u015f\u0131 ve g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs kafesi ayr\u0131 bir tabakta thamadenin \u00f6n\u00fcne getirilir. Gelen misafirlere sa\u011fl\u0131kla selametle evlerine ula\u015fmalar\u0131, g\u00fczel bir ya\u015fam s\u00fcrmeleri yine b\u00f6yle g\u00fczel g\u00fcnlerde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmalar\u0131 temennisi ile te\u015fekk\u00fcr konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E\u011fer toplanan gurup i\u00e7in h\u2019a\u015f\u2019en\u0131\u015f kesilmemi\u015fse thamadenin \u00f6n\u00fcne kesilen tavuk veya hindi eti ile birlikte ayr\u0131 bir tabakta (nege\u011fu-mide) getirilir.
